How we use it
To operate the marketplace — matching tasks, processing applications, reviewing submissions, paying out earnings, preventing fraud, and improving the product. We may send transactional emails about your account and tasks.
Sharing
We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, email) under contract. We do not sell personal information. Client and freelancer names may appear to each other when working on the same task.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure — use a strong password and enable recovery options in Security settings.
Your choices
You may update profile information in your dashboard. Account deletion requests can be sent to support. Some data may be retained as required for legal and financial records.
